I found your post on Raising Arrow’s Welcome Home Wednesdays.
I have made this and love it! It’s a huge hit at my dinner paries. I made a few tweaks:
Instead of 2 lbs ground beef, I use 1 lb beef, 1 lb Italian sausage (mild)
I use pizza sauce- Trader Joe’s is my favorite
I add an extra teaspoon of oregano to cut the sweetness of the pizza sauce
I only use 1 lb of cheese
I add 2 cloves fresh garlic
