Combine first three ingredients, using a fork or pastry blender. Mix well. Form into 24 balls. Shape balls into crusts in mini-muffin pan.
Mix remaining four ingredients. Using a small scoop, fill each crust, being careful not to overfill.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Gently lift tassies from pan with a spoon; cool on cooling rack.
