After trying several different brands of commercial pizza sauce, I decided it was worth the effort to make my own homemade version. This thick, flavorful pizza sauce is far better than any of the jarred sauces I have tried, and it couldn’t be any easier to make!
This recipe yields a big batch, approximately equivalent to twelve (12 oz.) cans or jars of pizza sauce. And the cost? About one third the price of pizza sauce at the grocery store.
